Individuals of all nationalities are welcome to take part.\n For event details and the lates t information\, please follow our official social media platforms or visit our website.\n Please read the rules and regulations for this competitio n.\n All successfully registered participants can visit all exhibition ha lls of the Hong Kong Food Expo for free with their admission pass.\n\nOrga nizer: Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC)\nCo-organizer: Specialt y Coffee Association of Hong Kong (SCAHK)\nCompetition Venue: Hong Kong Co nvention and Exhibition Centre – Hall 5BC Intelligence Hub\nCompetition Date/Time: August 16\, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM\nRegistration Deadline: Au gust 13\, 10:00 PM\n\n\nCompetition Rules\nCompetition Time: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM\n\n\nCompetition Details\n\n Each contestant is required to c omplete 6 sets of cupping tasks.\n Each set of tasks includes 3 cups of c offee\, only one of which differs from the others.\n Based on taste and s mell\, identify the unique cup of coffee in each set.\n\nCompetition Forma t\n\n Three participants will compete simultaneously in each round.\n Ea ch contestant will complete the tasks at their individual cupping station. \n Each contestant must complete all 6 sets of tasks within 6 minutes.\n\ nCorrect Cup Selection Process\n\n After identifying the most distinct cu p in the set\, move that cup to the designated answer area at the front.\n Ensure that the bottom of the cup is fully placed within the boundaries of the answer area.\n\n**Unacceptable Conduct (May Result in Point Deducti ons or Be Counted as Incorrect Answers)**\n\n Placing the "selected cup" partially outside or not fully within the boundaries of the answer area.\n Lifting the cup too high above the table (must not exceed approximately 5 cm above the table surface).\n Once a choice is made\, it cannot be cha nged.
